Yeah, Leo-j, normally I'll just let some of the stuff you say slide, but seriously. There is ONE character in Tekken who is a button masher character, and that is Eddie/Christie. Play Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection online and see how far you get by mashing buttons. The first decent player you came across would stomp you. By comparison, all other 3d fighters feel slow, clunky, and boring to me. Well....aside from the Soul Calibur games.

P.S. Go ahead and try to button mash even with Eddie and see how far you get. You can now juggle people almost indefinitely with almost any character, but you have to be REALLY good at it. Not just mashing buttons.

Ha ! Be aware TyePhoid_PAL is skilful. He kicks my ass pretty regularly.

Many close brawls though. It's fun. Tekken is damn far from being a button masher. There are lame characters though. Eddy/Christie are annoying, it's true. They totally slow my Kazuya down (because of low stance). I have to play very defensive. Personally I never play as Chinese, gayish or female character. I hate to face Lily, Hwoarang and the biggest lamer of them all - Lee Chaolan.

Tye leads Jin Kazama so no worry it's a decent character.

I own button mashers at tekken, the point that they don't block just sets them up for juggles all the time.... anyways, don't insult T5 (or anyother tekken) by calling it a button masher because it's not.

Button Mash in Tekken - No way!!! Combo in Tekken, well now you're Playing. The reason I love Tekken is the fact of the the skill required. You don;t have time to button mash. Fight me with Paul... I'll pull off a two hit combo that will put you on your ass >.
My fave Character is Asuka (I love the Aikido moves) and I hate Christine/Eddie - which is a nub of a character.
