It looks like a cool PS2 game. I'm am not sure how all the blood would go over in America, though. All in all, if they made a version with PS3 graphics and I had a PS3, I would love to play it.

Lol @ The hate the Yakuza/ryo ga Gotoku series is getting.

The games have never been aiming to be graphical masterpieces. Thats not the beauty of it, those who assume they got some kind of idea what the whole premise, WITHOUT playing it shouldn't even be saying shit in the first place.

This game looks awesome, I'm thinking about purchasing the first Yakuza on the PS2, since I still have my PS2.

The gameplay and camera looks similar to Genji for the PS3. Which was horrible, but to be honest I think the story and RPG/Fighting elements will drive Yakuza 3 into the Japanese PS3.

Since Yakuza and Yakuza 2 already did on the PS2.

The style had changed a lot , but I still dont like the type of the game :?

You and me, both :). I LOVE this series. Its been a while since I've played a game with such an awesome brawler system (that has potential to evolve) and so rich on atmopshere. Fucking loved every minute of the original.

This is my most anticipated game on the PS3.

I'll have to try out the earlier Yakuzas to see if I like them. Tbh, this one looks like Way of the Samurai (which kicked ass) except it seems to have weaker gameplay and fancier finishing moves. Overall, it doesn't look as good, imo.

I can't wait for WotS 3!
