I think that this will be a slap on the hands. They say up to 5 years but really that is a all junk. They will fine him and send him on his way. F'ing legal system, funny they always let child melesters off the hook and then prosecute people for jokes of crimes. I can't stand some of the laws we have. they have made it so bad that really you are picking and choosing which one to do and not to do.

It's the district attorney's job to push the envelope on laws and how they're applied. It's the judge's job to call bullshit and throw it out.

People assume hacking is a crime already so its lost almost all meaning anyway.

Hey guys I agree with it being not right for him to get sentenced, but two things:

A) The media is probably overexaggerating this story in some way.

B) Stop with the America bashing. Not everyone's like this.
