Well if you'r biased, you're biased for a reason.  The game must have been worthy of playing if you made it your avatar.

I hear about that a lot but have yet to come across the point where you are told about it.

Don't let that keep you away from it, it really is a good game and the price is just fantastic at only $13-15.

I haven't played Castlevania or Star Ocean (And don't intend to) but RDR, NSMB, DKCR and Vanquish are all great games, that have tons of replayability.

I say go with Vanquish.

Red Dead is amazing, and certainly a must play, you will just have to sell some organs for inFamous 2 and others next year

Support the little games. Nier plus 3DDGH will only run you $30, then you get another game for free, plus still have $20 or more left over.

Weel you said you didn't have a lot of free time so I said Vanquish, my personal favorite is DK but since you can finish Vanquish fast and its a good game I think its the best choice for you.

RDR is a time burner, the same can be said about any RPG you can think of, Castlevania is long game to finish and its not a very good castlevania game, DK its a nightmare if you are a completionist and NSMB is short and easy and most likely you can find someone that can share it with you enough time to finish it.
