WARNING! Me ranting at all three fanboy party's ahead! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! :3

Just realised that i put this in the gaming discussion place thingy as apose to the sales section :/ Oh well ^^

First up we have Nintendo >_> (this is the longest rant. but whichever console is wining always enjoys the most sales bullshit, as seen with sony fans for 10 yrs lol) This gen has been a good one for Nintendo. The wii has been a massive hit and the DS has taken the world by storm. I know this and i have no problem with it, they where innovative with there ideas for console and it paid off. And yet it only took 1 gen for the "Nintendo are unstoppable" comments to rise yet again. This rant isnt really aimed at the older "veterans" (lol) of VGC as they probably already know what im talking about but just because someone is winning now does NOT mean they will be next gen. Many Nintendo fans seem to be admitted that Sony and M$ would be better of leaving the console wars as they have no chance of beating Nintendo, Despite the fact Nintendo enjoyed 10 years of being crushed by Sony. Last gen gen Nintendo was at an all time low with the game cube being outsold by the ps2 worldwide 7 : 1 one of the most crushing defeats in Nintendo's history. Predicting the sales of next gen consoles perfectly fine, using 'proof' such as "M$ has established themselves enough now to win next gen" or "Sony will win by creating incredible new technology like before" is fine but when you start basing it on the sales of current gen console your just being plain dumb. Nintendo are at there highest this gen. There is no telling weather this means they will fall next gen like a ton of stone or keep there sales supremacy. The worst thing Nintendo sales geeks "NSG's" (my new term ^^) rant on about is how Playsation is at the bottom of the list know. yes it is but unlike the GC its doing very well for iself this gen enjoying a good 45 million sales, already twice that of the GC which wasn't even that long ago. Just enjoy this gen for what it is and leave the 8th gen for when it arrives. Nintendo Rant OVER!

Next up good ol Sony :3 it is no lie that Sony are my console maker of choice. I have dabbled in many other consoles over the years many such as the DS with a moderate amount of success over me, though i always end up back on my Playstation ^^ despite this Sony fanboys can be one of the worst when it comes to sales. After enjoying an unpresedent amount of success at launch Playstation fans around the world have gotten used to being top of the home consol food change. Thet he 7th gen came along and out of no where they where 3rd. The PS3 now may be a incredible console and one that can rival a PC for multi media functionality but there's no denying the PS3 ould have been launched better as dog food. A lack of good games and a massive price tag at launched was an insultingly bad start for the 3rd Playsation. Sony sales geek "SSG's (SO MANY S'S!) seem to think because they where kicking but left right and centre last gen this gen was just a fluke and that they will be kicking ass next gen. Also dont even get me started on how "Insert game name here ______ will bring ps3 to victory". Has 1 game EVER won a console a gen?Nope didn't think so.  Just enjoy the ps3 as the incredible console it is and not its sales. Sony rant OVER!

Finally we arrive at M$. The number off M$ sales freaks is considerably lower than the other 2 as they are yet to have a MASSIVE success (which has a side effect of people being big headed >_>). Yes the xbox is beating the PS3. yes its a brilliant console. But saying boasting about how the 360 is outselling the ps3 every week at the mo is just plain annoying. PS3 beat 360 for almost a year strate, im shore 360 will do same to ps3 now. And then it might swap again. and again. and again. In regards to the 360 and PS3 sales i think its going to come down to which last in battle for the longest. There is no point boasting about sales in real time until they really are crushing (like the wii next to...well everyone at the mo) there oponants (though dont then go use that as a sad excuse of proof of sales next gen lol). the PS3 has gained alot on the 360 over the years. know 360 is widening gap. Dont say Sony are out until the gen ends (that goes for the same for ps3 wonders whenever the ps3 out sells 30) Microsoft rant OVER!

No if you read the whole thing i have rants at everyone ^^ I hate everyone that rants on about supremacy of console sales, Sony fans are just as guilty (if not more) that everyone else.

The only good thing so far this year iis  PS3 fans are no longer the worst, Wii fans are number one finally. Good job though, they came from third all the way to first, i think Amazon had a huge bad posting sales.

But it will pass the Xbox 360 soon! It's more probable because the Wii is in first, as it has the biggest rant.
