As you all may know, a group of potentially excellent JRPGs will be coming out in 2011.
Here is the list:
Xenoblade - from the reception from Japan and the people over here that imported the game, it's pretty much offical that Xenoblade is an excellent and very progressive JRPG that pushes the genre forward. And with this letter from Nintendo saying that Xenoblade will have a US release but that Nintendo just hasn't came up with a proper release date for it (though, things are looking grim for The Last Story):

We'll get the chance to possibly say that as well.
The Last Story - From what we saw from the trailers and the details we've read, this looks to be the JRPG that will set the standard for all JRPGs after it on how next gen JRPG gameplay should be done.
Disgaea 4 - A Disgaea game with graphics fitting for the next gen. Need I say more?
Final Fantasy Versus XIII (maybe) - It looks way to good to be bad. I know that's a weak argument....but still.
Ni no Kuni (PS3 Version) - Like Versus XIII, this game looks too good to be bad. Also, Studio Ghibli is the co-creators of the game (the people responsible for the creation of the anime movie, Spirited Away, another reaon why it's going to be bloody awesome).

It looks fantasic.
So, what do you think? 2011 = Revival of the JRPG Genre on Consoles?
