After the lasted EMEAA chartz the GT5 sales was holding so good I wanted to ask you vgcharterz... what should happen with the game's sales after Christmas? The sales until surpass all haters and non-fanboy expectation... so the sales must continue to surprise even more or have a terrible drop?

We as fans know what will happen and all the rest ... what are you thinking?

For reference some awesome sales:

Sooooooo... my prediction.

GT5 will be just a little drop... but not surprise for me.... will stay over 200k in January.

It will be major like every other game.

huge drop off after holidays , but still solid sales. probably around 100k for each week in january.  the game shouldnt drop below 500k a week during the holidays though(next 3 weeks)

I would guestimate 5.5 million by end of january.

on a side note- woot for uncharted 2 crossing 4.5 million this holiday!!!!!

It will be significant, but it can probably move another 400-500k units in january though with bundles and software going on sale to clear excess holiday stock.

My bets on 100-200k a week up till march, first week of January a bit higher but after that bordering ~150k, no matter which way you spin it, EMEAA alone can't carry this game. Besides polling on this site is useless, I can guess that the most picked response is the first one..

The drop won't be that much from what I can tell. It will do around 300k first week of jan. That is if it can do more than that throughout this year.
