@yo_john, well you can still nab second place in Two Worlds 2.

@Recon, damn, I forgot about the boat.  I never used it, meant to go back to it.  After I got the 1,000 points I traded it in.  Would have been nice if they had tied an achievement in with the boat... or actually give you a reason to use it in the main quest.

I did like it a lot but the little things annoyed me.  Like you've mentioned, being suddenly trapped in a tiny room with four tanks tearing into you.  Not really mage or ranger friendly.  Also glitches here and there, things like that.  My main complaint is that I bought it from gamefly thinking, "here is easily a month of gameplay!" and in the end it lasted about 8 days.  Should have not bought it and kept it as a rental.  It suduced me with its open world goodness.  In the end it wasn't half the time I got out of Oblivion or Fallout 3.

Damn dude 8 days?!?  Thats incredibly fast! I have like 10 hours into it and I haven't even beaten the first chapter let alone any multiplayer stuff!

@yo_john,  I just have no life I guess.  Overall I spent about 60 hours on it.

But I think I spent 17 or so in the first chapter.  So I did explore and do side stuff and took my time.  Chapter 1 is by far the longest one though.

Also kind of funny to note, on my quick run the second time, skipping cut scenes and going straight through the story and guild quests, I cleared chapter 1 in three hours.  And the odd part is, I was still leveled up more or less the same as I was when I spent 17 hours doing it.  But I had noticed you can over level and then you get basically no experience for the enemies you fight, so in the quick run you still advance almost just as much.

@Recon, also, the loot is over rated.  You don't need half of it.  I know what you're thinking, sell this stuff, make some cash.  Truth is you really don't need it.  By the end of the game I had 200,000 surplus money and needed nothing to buy with it. It obviously helps starting out but its not as important later.

On to getting back to NIER which I had abandoned prematurely.  I think honestly that is my second favorite JRPG behind Blue Dragon this generation.  Plays a bit like Kingdom Hearts.

I should make a killing on the TA vs. gamerscore for next weeks update cause of the Guitar Hero 3 Achievements I will be getting.

Oh and everyone with a W7P should get Tiki Tower...its like World of Goo but with monkeys and bamboo! So fun!

There's gonna be a ne face in the Mass Effect 2 perfect score list next week!  My face!!  Finally finished my Insanity mode playthrough this morning.  Now I can play something else.  Poor Miranda didn't survive the suicide mission. :(

Congrats man, Mass Effect 2 is quite a satisfying game to max. Shame about Miranda but to be honest i found her to to be pretty annoying anyway so maybe she deserved to die.
