Did something happen to the website shortly before 4 p.m. EST/9 p.m. GMT today (Friday, Dec. 14)?

I started getting 403 -- Access Forbidden messages.

I am getting in fine now (on a different computer at a different location).

you probably visited too many pages/profiles in a short amount of time, this causes the error. I know this because when i (one of the many times) add around 30 games and want to add boxart etc this happens sometime.

Not ontopic,but i don't want to make a thread for this.
Since maybe a week or so,i am no longer be able to login via PS3.Anyone with the same problem or any clues.
