I got it and played it a bit today thanks to Steam enabling play 3 days earlier then retail. Its pretty good so far, multiplayer only expansion. Very few servers currently and no players online atm, but there was a few earlier. 

Bad Company 2 is a fantastic game online and I put around 200 hours on it and I really like the atmosphere of the Vietmom War but I've decided not to get this expansion simply because of time. I have too many other games to play and my back log of unfinished games is still far too big.

because I played the PC version and the PC version of veitnam was released earlier then  other versions

Got it yesterday and I really like it! Lots of fun playing but there are some issues with base/naderape on some maps

Ya, i just ran into that. capturing A was impossible due to the fact your under it and the enemy has a perfect sniping, camping, nading point. I rushed it with the flamethrower and died to an rpg...  way to much to pay attention to in these maps and way to little visibility.
