Why do you care about software/hardware sales?

Honestly I don't. I am here mainly for the forums.

I am interested in all sorts of numbers, i regulary check how movies have performed at the box office, Music sales, Tv Ratings and Videogame sales. I have no idea why im just obsessed with numbers lol.

its not that much about the sales

but how they effect video games

for example if HW sells wells more game will come to the platform.also if games sell well more hardware is bought then that platform will get more games.

it helps alot

also you like to see the game you love sell good so that a sequel is in works or other games from that company

I care just enough, that the system's I have won't be discontinued, other then that it's just fun to look at,that's all. lol

OoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO

It's fascinating to watch the numbers climb, the industry change and the human reactions surrounding these events.

Hmm, I don't really care that much any longer. I find the numbers interesting though, the whole console industry interests me now, from a technical and business standpoint as opposed to simply the gaming part when I was younger.

I do love the forums though and I'm currently spending too much time in here lately.

I like to know how my favorite games/consoles are doing so that I can have an idea on how they will be treated in the future.
