I think most review systems are broken. Smart people just ask friends anyway and those friends have better ideas of what they may enjoy or dislike about titles in general.  Same for music, movies, and tv.  Why should videogames have a perfect system when all the critique systems of all media beforehand never have?  It's not like reviews affect sales anyway with the very small exception of us vocal internet gamers.

But yes, sadly me and you are in the minority, most people are too busy to read reviews anymore
