That´s because the PS3 was released in certain parts of "Others" before march I think.

Well...

In link 4 you compare Europe totals where the PS3 effectively sells from week 1.

In link 5 you compar "total Others" sales, which includes Europe and other countries outside of the 3 big markets. Here the PS3 starts to sell at week 16 but it sold from week one if you have a closer look at the weekly numbers (just use your mouse).

The "other" area of "total others" clearly includes some countries where the PS3 had been released long before PAL release.

No they are not, use Europe only for that... best to add in Australia yourself if you want it accurate, but Europe alone shows the general trend well enough.
