2-1 only for Black Friday week. Sony had a surge early on as they introduced the 40 gig $399 model with heavy advertising.

Yes it actually does look like they outsold ps3 2 to 1 during black friday, the new sku boosted sales for ps3 during early november.
With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

It's amazing how many people know about them saying they outsold them 2 to 1 yet never even have the story close to right? It was only the black friday weekend and you'll never have the exact numbers for those few days to ever know who was right.

so then ms made a statement that could be wrong and in my opinion probably is because they knew numbers would never be shown by ANYONE to prove it wrong.
