I think "Doomed" is just an adjective for saying something is "Doom-like".  Like Halo Reach is an FPS like Doom is an FPS.  Everybody just misunderstood what he meant.

Yeap it is a joke. Why do you guys get so work up ? I am just testing because some doofus created a new account and posted illogical facts. Next time, do check your facts before posting.

And of course I know. How about if I did this. GT series lifetime > Halo series lifetime. Doh!! How mature is that ? Or Pokemon 1st generation lifetime > GT and Halo combined lifetime. Dont get work up. Take a chill pill, sit back and relac ^^

Anyways seeing as Halo Reach is already at 6.45 million I think it will get to 8 million by the end of February 2011  And by the end of next year it should be around 10 million.

It may not be as big as GTA, Pokemon or COD but I do think its a bigger game (in term of sales) then Gran Turismo.

I do think you might need to spend your time checking your facts instead of thinking a lot. Might get a bit tough for you. Only Halo 3 sold marginally more than GT1,2 and 4 and 3 million lesser than GT3. Whereas all have sold more than Halo 1 and 2. I do think that Halo as a series will decline slowly in the future.

How many times do we have to go over this?  Last generation is nothing like this generation.

GT5 barely sold 2 million its first week and that was during Black Friday and the beginning of the Christmas season whilst Halo Reach sold just a bit over 4 million in its first week during the end of the summer slump.  Now I realize GT5 games do have great legs BUT so do Halo games.

The best way to find out is compare GT5 when its been out 10 weeks to what Halo Reach has sold during its first 10 weeks.
