How can people possibly be picking Harry Potter over Star Wars. I know the prequels did a lot of damage to the franchise but come on the originals are some of the greatest films ever made and still will be in another 30 years where as the Harry Potter movies will be forgotten.

Um... Lord of the Rings? I'm sorry but there's no way a rational human being can think the Potter films are better than Jackson's LotR.

well there still one more Lord of the rings flim to be release maybe after he ses that he will change.

I already prefer The Lord of the Rings over Harry Potter but it doesn't change the fact that I am much more excited for the upcoming Harry Potter than for The Hobbit even though I will probably end up liking The Hobbit more.

And btw yes, it is possible for a "rational human being" to prefer Harry Potter over the LotR.
