A mega bomb on the level of Enslaved. It's so sad!! I love old Disney.
Does anyone in the UK really care about Mickey anyway? I don't know anyone who does xP

In EMEAA maybe (though I would wait a few more weeks before making such definitive statements), in the US I doubt it

Enslaved: 325.000 worldwide on both platforms combined after week 9.
Epic Mickey: 273.000 ww after week 1 (NA) and week 2 (PAL).
Epic Mickey will most probably be a miliion seller.

Oh it sold that well in USA? Cool but Micky had higher expectations than Enslaved. There was much more resources behind Micky.
It could have sold 2 million and still be a failure.

Damage control, Soriku?
(after the huge success of Modern Warfare 2, if Black Ops would have sold only 8 million copies it would be seen as a huge failure regardless if it made a little profit)

So, just so I completely understand your standards for what is a failure and to continue your line of thinking, by YOUR standards, the PS3 is a HUGE failure, correct? (not just the month of November, but at any point in its lifetime - given the PS2)
Just to make it clear, I do not think so, but then I do not think Epic Mickey would be a failure at 1 million or even now...

Yes by that definition the PS3 is a failure. Huge? I don't know. Big, definately. There's no two ways around it.
Micky is a huge failure. Disney and Spector expected a new mega-seller in the 4-5 million ballpark (I dont remember exact quotes but even if you just read between the lines you realized they expected big numbers).
Just so I won't sound biased and like a hater, Alan Wake also was a huge failure.
