Mass Effect 2 for me. Loved every moment of the game and have played it multiple times. Considering how busy my work schedule is and how many games I have on backlog, its rare for me to replay a game now anymore.

Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker (PSP) - closely followed by Gran Turismo 5 (can't say better 'cause I'm still only 18% into the game, but it's looking like a very serious top contender). 2nd Runner-up would be God of War III, that game is such a beast.

Final Fantasy XIII and Valkyria Chronicles 2 are my leaders. Bayonetta is also very high up there.

Haven't played Black Ops but that should oust Record of Agarest War from best 360 game. Also waiting on Continuum Shift as well.
