We are talking about 'dissapointments'...People didn't expect much from Fallout NV;;;An half year before release people called it already just an expansion pack for F3. How can it be a big dissapointment when people didn't expect from it in the first place?

Both are wonderful games (FF13 & GT5). You dont know what you are talking about...maybe it was something you saw on the internet

GT is suposed to be graphical perfection as well as authentic driving. The graphical perfection is far from there (screen tearing, fps drops...) and talks about a patch for a game 5 years in the making is laughable. Had it released in 2008 i'd understand... but there, no it's a failure to deliver.

The delays for this game increased what it had to deliver tremendously because the reason was not "we're late", it was "we're perfecting it" or "we could release it at any time".

but yes, GT5 is no TH or AW, the expectations were not the same. This is one of the only franchises that sells tens of millions, it comming out disapointing is a much bigger deal even if the game is still good.

Actually what I have heard and played pretty solid list. For me the biggest disappointment of the year is Fable III. it didn'thave anything new compared to Fable II. Actually there were some cool features taken away.. Streamlined experience. Also as much as you some guys here love FFXIII it was disappointment for general puplic. There is no way around it.

To be honest, I didn't click the link.  I stay away from IGN now, and have for quite some time.  That site has become of joke of itself.
