Funny, no Fallout: New Vegas there when IGN named it their most anticipated game of 2010 and it turned out to be a pile of crap.

Fallout NV is a great game that launched with bugs, and for my 2 cents, I would have predicted NV's score a LOT quicker than I would have guessed that GT5 was going to end up at 8.6 on metacritic.

New Vegas is a resounding success imho. Just launched with a few bugs.

But GT5 is (so far) bugless and more attractive than NV save for the overblown framerate drops but yet NV is forgiven more.

Are we now in a frame of mind where we forgive the quality of games as long as they get into your hands as quickly as possible? What happened to the idea of quality gaming?

We are talking about 'dissapointments'...People didn't expect much from Fallout NV;;;An half year before release people called it already just an expansion pack for F3. How can it be a big dissapointment when people didn't expect from it in the first place?
