How do you people cope with the constant time wasted going back to pokemon center for healing after every few battles?

Wasn't it always like that, for every other pokemon game? o.o

I have anmesia?

You should have a Calm Mind instead.

Dark Pokemon I've trained so far:

Spiritomb
Drapion
Hydreigon
Zoroark
Weavile
Tyranitar (3 different Tyranitars with 3 different EV sets, although 2 of 'em were from Diamond )
Houndoom
Scrafty
Darkrai

Going for Krookodile next.

Well that was easy. Caught my Sandile at 7 levels behind the curve, and now it's right on it. My Pignite is out ahead, because there are way more random trainers with grass types then there should be...

And Rock Tomb is in the very Southwest most corner of the Desert Resort, lestat.

doesn't bother me that much, and this game there are quite a few people stationed in routes that will heal your pokemon for you

Thanks, I've already went back to the Desert Resort to find it

Yeah, grass and dark types seem to be the type preferences of the trainers in Unova up until the post game. Then they'll just throw almost all of the types at you.

I shall start training up Steel Pokemon now.

I have a sinking feeling that my Sandile will be no match for either of Elesa's Emolga. And what the hell is up with the static ability? How broken is that?

These fricking gym leaders with their broken, weakness-avoiding pokemon.

Just make sure they don't Volt Switch you to oblivion. If you're unlucky they can Volt Switch to Zebstrika and that's a really pain because he also uses Flame Charge. Though with Sandile that shouldn't be much of an issue given it's immunity to Volt Switch.

Just wait until you get to the 6th gym and their Roost and Detect spamming

I'm afraid of Aerial Ace, rather. Sandile doesn't have good def, and at this stage, not good speed either. Then the fact that touching them means paralysis :/
