Titanic

While it was a good film how did it change cinema?

they built a whole ship. that's not normal... so cinematography, but another film would hve to use that for it to change cinema, not sure how how it has.

I have a better answer for the question I asked

"Titanic told developers how important the teenage girl could be for repeat viewing and box office collection"

was your question rhetorical?

Or  did you just think of something clever later?

just wondering what movies people thought had changed cinema quite alot.

Examples would be Blair witch project which started the shaky cam theme of the 2000s with movies like cloverfield and paranormal activity. ]

Or another example could be a clockwork orange which changed what poeple expected from violence in films.

So what would you say changed movies?

Saving Private Ryan had a shaky cam and that came out a year before BWP.

Anyway Toy Story, Star Wars, Avatar, Titanic...yeah.

shaky cam might have been in SPR but u know what i mean with the blair witch camera view, the same one that was in cloverfeild.

I can't believe no one mentioned Terminator 2 yet.

that movie was pure epicness back in the 80's.

Actually, if you read the thread, you'll notice hallowedbeeddie did.

Yeah, I've also failed when I said 80's, because despite the series being born in the 80's, the second movie was only released in 1991.

I'm just waiting for the be crowned with the double fail award now.
