colour is clearly spelt with a 'u'. Just say colour over and over in your head and you will see.

I'm not sure how you say color, because in Chicago, it's pronounced more like "cuhler"

It is funny how powerful Websters is. I mean in common place no one cares what one dictionary says compared to another dictionary, but in legal matters? Ha, Websters definition of a word can make or break a billion dollar case. If I was in charge of Webster I would slightly change the meanings of common words every few years and watch the lawyers struggle to adjust.
