While i don't like FF7 I also just plain don't like remakes.

I don't like the remake of FF4 either, despite it being a FF I like. I think if you want the game on a system you should direct port it... it keeps it's "integrity" more.

If you ever want videogames to be treated more like art, remakes will have to stop or atleast be cut back to "deleted game content."

Updating the graphics and adding more you didn't come up with at the time is like coloring movies that were originally black and white and dubbing silent films.

VAGRANT STORY 2

one of the best game of the PSX

take good story, awesome characters, and fresh combat system with customisable weapons ...

A sort of mix between MGS and a dark Fantasy universe = very good for me.

(I found it a bit easy at the end)

S-E doesn't own the rights to the "Xeno-" line of games anymore, and I believe Parasite Eve 3 was confirmed for mobile phones or something like that.

Vagrant Story 2? Might be, but I doubt it, since the guy who wrote the story and script for the original game is gone from the company now.

If Front Mission is being made for the 360, then I'd have to guess a new Musashi game.
