Meanwhile the terrorists decide that the best way to cause havok is blowing up a pair of suitcase bombs at the crowded checkin counter. You can fit a lot of explosives into bags and hell given the amount these things are unattended it doesn't even have to be a suicide attack.

I think they just need to make sure the right people are looking at that screen. I do not mind someone seeing me if it's going to mean there is less of a chance of me exploding in mid-air.

The point about children is confusing to me though. Of course children are not going to want to blow up an airplane... but if they leave them out completely someone sick might take advantage of that...

Aren't the scanners optional? I read just barely that they are coming to Canada too. In Canada you'll have the option of going through or getting searched manually. I hear manually is pretty degrading but to be honest with all the terrorist threats and hijackings that go on, you can't be too safe.

I sure wouldn't want naked pictures of me being stored, so when I take a plane I will just get the manual search. I mean seriously it can't be worse then when your doctor checks your prostate.

lol I got around that one a few years ago. I was riding bike without my helmet and a cop pulled me over. He was like "Do you know its illegal to ride your bike without a helmet, I can sieze your bike or fine you" I was a pretty big ass hole I was like "Oh yah why can a Sikh ride his bike without a helmet" Then the officer was like "Its his religious right to wear a turban at all times, so he isn't required to wear a helmet" I got pretty smart assy and said "Oh yah well I'm Christian and its discrimination to treat me any different then a Sikh" He looked at me and then said "Ok I'll let you off with a warning, I suggest you wear your helmet from now on".

I talked to a cop and you actually can't be fined or charged for doing something when it is legal for someone else to do , due to religious or cultural rights.

I might appear to be a little paranoid but I was born in 1959 so my point of reference about is 45 years. My mother was very political so she made us aware of the world at an early age.  It  feel as the years go on the population is being ruled by just a few powerful people.
