Now THIS is how a periphreal should sell though to be a success.

1 Million userbase so early puts it well on the way to be worth developing for.

LOL Yeah Move is only at 1.5 million and its been out how long ?!

The big surprise for me living in America ..is Kinect sales numbers (of 327,000) for week one are double Sony Moves sales ( 150,000) week 1- in Europe !  Its surprising because both consoles are almost tied there in Europe..

In America the 360 is way ahead in userbase of consoles.. so the number of 550,000 Kinect versus only 60,000 Moves ( week 1 versus week 1 ) are not super surprising..

I'm sure surprised by those numbers since I don't know anyone personally who is interested in Kinect. (I did think it sell big all during the holidays.) They seemed to be burned out on Wii Sports and it clones. I waste my money getting Move/ Sport Champian , no one but I have touch it and I've only played it a few hours. So I'm even more surprised Kinect Sports is selling almost twice as much as Dance Central.


everyone that tried kinect at my house is interested in buying it. The tech proves it self.

Well that explainit since everyone at your house is buying Kinects so they make up for my family and friends.

Sony announced they shipped 2.5 mil Move controllers on Oct 21st.  It  been almost a month since then, and with many online retailers sold out of them, I'm going to guess they are going to ship a whole heck of a lot more than that by the end of this year.  So, let's wait til numbers are released after the holiday season to truly compare them.

I could be wrong, but wasn't that 150,000 number for Move before VGC realized they were greatly undertracking PS3 and Move?

Nah, thats only a billion in revenue. Nothing really to talk about. You really should get your head on straight and realise how little a billion dollars in revenue actually accounts for these days. A billion in 10 days? Barely would notice it even on Nintendo or Sony's balance sheets.

OMG My prediction FAIL for EMEAA.

Even with Kinect and double sales on UK... PS3 overcome everything (inclusive DS).

But WW 360 will top.
