I've always been interested in 3d. I recently bought a 50" 3d panasonic plasma, played a few 3d PS3 games and thought it was neat. Then one night I sat 3 feet from the screen and played Motorstorm Rift in3d, and was completely blown away! I dare you, try it, sit 3 feet from the tv, it makes a world of difference. I feel like i'm on an amusement park ride. Sure, MR3d is sub-hd quick 3d port, graphics are rough, almost a demo with just 10 courses, but it's only $10 (PSN). However it completely restored my faith in the future of 3d gaming. BUY IT NOW if you have a 3d tv! Sure, you have to wear uncomfortable glasses, but you won't care. The upcoming Motorstorm Apocolypse 3d is now on my MUST by list, and should be for everyone who has a 3d TV/PS3. I just hope they bump the graphics back up a notch, and get rid of the annoying boost vibration effect.

I also have a 3D tv and I bought Motorstorm 3D Rift. I wasnt completely blown away but IT IS GOOD. Considering its a 2008 game that has been patched up, I can only imagine how good games that are being made from scratch like Killzone 3 & GT5 will be. I tried GT5 on Gamex on 3D and that did blow me away.

Soon.. 3D TVs will be a norm in a few years time. We are not all early adopters you know.

I haven't tried sitting three feet from the TV while playing it, but I have played it and wasn't terribly impressed. If you want a real showcase for 3D on the PS3, get Super Stardust HD, it's got a 3D patch available. Now that is sweet.

i'm just waiting for price to go down, right now i'm keeping my money on all the games that are coming out, plus going to get Kinect , 3DS , PSP2.
