ps3 and there is just no sound for the people. Its really weird. There is background noises but no character audio with rare exceptions. Once, I could hear one person in a cutscene, but thats it.

check the surround sound settings if you have surround sound

I do not have surround sound. Everything runs fine except this one thing. Background music and noises still play but no character audio. Makes the game's campaign feel empty and weird.
