To the conference finals, sure. The problem is, they'll face the Lakers in there....

Yeah, the lakers look more unstoppable this year then any year i can remember at this point in time.

Even during the Shaq Kobe years they usually took this first part of the season "off".

Those US team games really transformed Lamar Odom.

Portland usually gives them problems, but not this season. With that being said, they're looking better than ever.

Idk why, but watching the Jazz play always bores me. Their play-style reminds me of an early 90s style of game. Granted, the Spurs have been the most boring team to watch in the NBA for 5 years.

What teams do you enjoy watching?  You may not like the Jazz because of the "Flex" offense they run.  I think it's beautiful to see all ot the ball movement, screens and the adaptive nature of it, but that's what I've grown up with.  It's also entertaining to see great passing.  The Jazz are second in the league in assists.  They are a very unselfish team.  The Jazz, Contrary to popular belief, play a pretty fast pace and are usually near the top in scoring and FG%.  This year has been a little different though.  They are still trying to figure out playing with each other with 6 new members on the roster.

I love the Celtics since the Bird, Chief,McHale days.

Knick fan but they are hard to like

The heat don't like the heat and I hate lebrons  TV add because I don't care who the F,,k he is.

Rondo my favorite player

Like the Jazz and like coach Sloan, best coach in the league. He was a solid tough player for the Bullets and Bulls remember him playing when I was young

And like the hornets

Celtics have it over the heat and there weak inside game

Celtics over the lakers in June 2011

Damn, the Melo rumors are heating up again ! Anyone thinking Melo, Paul, and Amare trio in NY ?

Who's the best Pac, Nas, and Big. Just leave it to that.

PLAYSTATION®3 is the future.....NOW.......B_E_L_I_E_V_E

Slaughterhouse Is The Sh*t  .... NOW ........ B_E_L_I_E_V_E

But what would the Knicks offer in return? Maybe the Nuggets would trade Carmelo for little since his contract expires at the end of the season, but I think CP3's expires the other season (correct me if I'm wrong) so the Hornets won't trade it just like that. Plus, I don't think the Knicks have anything to offer, except for draft picks, which if they're trying to build a top tier team won't be that high...

I don't know, I just can't see the Nuggets nor the Hornets liking anything the Knicks could offer, their roster save for Amar'e and maybe one or two players (like Randolph and Gallinari) kind of sucks. Specially given that the Nuggets turned down a couple offers on Carmelo that weren't really "bad". Of course, inferior to Anthony's value, but still to consider

And the Hornets remain the only unbeaten team in the NBA. Any predictions on when their first loss will come?

Game 9 at Dallas seems like a safe bet

Wee, I was right, go me

Gotta lose sometime.  Hey, what's with the Jazz winning on the road and yet faltering at home?  It's like a total reversal of the last 10 years!  KD going 16/16 from the FT line was the difference imo.

The Knicks have nothing to offer. 1/3rd of their salary is on Amares contract.  Paul wouldn't want to leave the Hornets if they continue to play at this level. Carmelo's wife said on a radio station that she loves Denver and doesn't want to move so...I highly doubt he's going to pull of a Lebron. Paul may want to go play with Dallas if anything. He's orginally from Dallas and spends a lot of time there.

Yeah the Mavs pretty much won on a late rally...sucks how that team has been consistently good for a while but yet they have nothing to show for it.

How about a top 5 PGs list?  This is mine.  Share yours.

1. Deron Williams
2. Chris Paul
3. Rajon Rondo
4. Steve Nash
5. Russell Westbrook

That list was pretty tough to put together.  There were a lot of names that you could make an argument for namely Derrick Rose, Tony Parker, and to a lesser extent Stephen Curry.  I put Westbrook slightly above Rose because he's a better defender and a great rebounder.  Honestly it could go either way, but I had to choose.  I think this might be the most talented group of PGs ever assembled in the NBA.  Top to Bottom there is loads of talent.  What do you think?

Here's mine :

1. Chris Paul
2. Deron Williams
3. Jason Kidd
4. Rajon Rondo
5. Derrick Rose

I honestly believe that a PG order is the hardest to make.

PG really is awkward, there are so many things to gauge when you're considering who's the best; personally, I'm gonna say that a PG for me should be a creator first and a scorer second. I find it hard to rate someone like Nash in my top five because of his defensive issues. Ah well, here we go:

1. Rondo
2. Paul
3. Williams
4. Kidd
5. Rose

If John Wall continues playing like this it won't be long before he's on this list!

Wall is a beast no doubt.

Kidd shouldn't be on anyone's list. Nash, Westbrook, Rose and Curry are all better than him. Rondo, Williams and Paul are a given.
