Will be on tonight after my GoldenEye matches. I am preferring the fairness of GoldenEye at the moment. Oh and the single player is superb.

I may have to get Goldeneye afterall. I find it difficult to keep up with too many games at once, but EVERYONE is saying Goldeneye is superb. I am starting to feel left out....

I am having trouble connecting to some of you guys. That patch needs to come out soon. Black ops is a blast but some games that i have been playing have been to damn laggy. Dont stop playing, i will look for you to play some matches online. 

Haven't experienced too much lag myself.  I had problems connecting to regular multiplayer for a few days but then it finally worked.  I even made a thread about it.  Kind of pissed me off but now that it works I am happy.  Most the games I've played have been lag free for the most part.  Can't comment on the single player mode since I only played the first mission.  However, I played about 30 or so online matches so far and I am enjoying it.  There is a shitload of things to do for online.  Got in the top 500  in regular headquaters mode.  I know it isn't saying too much since it is on the Wii and not as many player but I was still a little satisfied.  I'll probably start playing hardcore soon although I do enjoy running around with extended clip, silencer, and the perk that hides you from enemy recon plane on regular mode.  Most of the time I run shop (usually in top 3 about 90% of the games) but sometimes I get my ass handed to me.  Don't have headset either but I might get it.  I don't see too much of point for it (probably serves a better purpose in Zombie mode than regular multiplayer).  I would just be cussing when I got killed and gloating when kicking people's asses.  I just turn the voice off now anyways.  I don't give a shit what my teamates are trying to say.  I'd rather have my gameplay speak for myself.  Actions speak louder than words....

Goldeneye is superb.  I'm about half-way through the SP campaign and loving it.  I like that the game is flexible with the way you want to play.  If you want to sneak around with silenced weapons and go undetected, you can.  If you want to go guns-a-blazing, you can do that to.  Great game.

Well, thanks to GianCarmen, I was finally able to test out the headset during Black Ops. It works really well and I can see where it will help to organize a team. At the very least it is nice to talk to someone while playing. I am still having some issues with the servers, as some days I can not get on at all, and other days it lags and people seem to be teleporting around me. Something else strange happened. When I hit level 19 or 20, my history disappeared from the Leader Board. It said I needed to play 5 ranked games to be displayed and told me I had only played 1. My ranking before was not great, but at least I was above 1.0 in my K/D ratio and I had definitely played more than 5 games. Has anyone else had this happen?

It was fun Ranger and great that i can hear you so much better then the wii speak. Treyarch have said that they know what the problems are and the patch is coming, so we wait and see. I am also having trouble connecting with some people. Its a blast to play and when your friends are good it makes it that much better.

Funny you should mention the patch. I just turned on Black Ops this morning, and it needed to update before starting the game. Hopefully this is the fix you were talking about.
