I don't know why, but I have an irrational desire to destroy every employee who has worked on DKCR.

For making the game difficult or for putting in the super guide?

My fury is screaming the latter, I think.

Why?

It's optional. Don't  use it.

I'll respond to c03 as he has the most numbers in his name.

Anyway, I don't care that it's being implemented.

It's just the motives for the implementation that I hate.

Cool! This only means that the game will be hard.

...Awesome. I'm psyched.

Are you implying that SMG2 was hard?

That people who suck will have a some help?

Shit, that just saves your time when a little 5 year old cousin comes by, plays it, and constantly cries for help when he's stuck.

Yes, it pisses me off that people who suck are getting some help instead of actually beating the game themselves.

I have never used the Super Guide in Galaxy 2 or in NewSuperMarioBros and hopefully will never use it in Country Returns. That being said everyone says its extremely difficult so maybe this will be a first, don't intend to use it but you never know. I wonder if its going to be more difficult then the first three I beat those a year ago again for a refresh. Hope the difficulty level is in line with the classics and not insaine.

There's no way, NO WAY to complain abotu that feature. It helps young players or beginners, and doesn't penalize experimented gamers. It's optional, period. That's just one of the smart features Nintendo invented.

WHERE IS MY KORORINPA 3

This feature does ONE thing... and that is save noobs time.  Instead of looking up GameFAQs or a YouTube walk-through, they can do that in the game.  It's just more efficient, and that is good.

For noobs, it is good.

For pros, it is neutral.

Well, I'm not a noob by any means but that feature just made my purchase much more likely.   Frankly I just don't have that much time to dedicate to games.  I enjoy them and I'll enjoy the challenge, but to be honest if I haven't beat a stage in eight-ten tries I'm likely going to move on to something else in frustration (I've lots in my backlog) and never get back to it again, or by the time I do, weeks or months later, I'd be having to relearn the stage and skills and likely still not progress.   Having this feature means I can actually expect to finish the game, and get my money's worth.
