Scratch the last part. I've just read Heph's part about being a Youma. As it turns out, I have the SAME role. I am a Youm, too, which makes his roleclaim plausible.

You're implying the same thing as SAK, that you are "a youma." But just like SAK this could be scum trying to blend in. On the other hand, if you're both telling the truth it really makes prof look suspect.

Does SAK have a language barrier? That's really the only way I could see his whole take on this thing being credible.
Could you point out some of my non-plausible analyses? If every townie now just says they're "a youma" then all the scum will have to do the same. Sure that leaves everyone with nothing again, but right now only a few people trickling in doesn't do that. Scum can check out the few claimers and figure out if they're vanilla and thus less of a threat or power and should be taken out.

Sorry if I got pissy about it. I realize there's a lot to read, but asking the same questions that have been answered only adds to the post count.

I'd add noname(as in 2200) and possibly radish to that list. But I'm not seeing if anyone is actually online thus actually lurking. Just going by number of posts. Also, mg has by far the most posts on that list.

I'm leaning towards SAK right now, but I could get behind prof too. I think there are two strong candidates today, but sadly we will likely have to kill the lurkers if there aren't modkills. It'd be very nice of scum to kill the lurkers, but sadly I don't see why they'd do that if we will for them by lynching.

I really like your suggestion and know exactly where you're going with it. Hopefully we have a Nurse as FF points out could be a possibility to protect the cop.

Got to go to school in a sec, but I just wanted some input -
I feel that we need to take a risky decision on the Republic/SAK vs Prof situation. It's not something that I'd normally do, but we can get rid of a mafia in this early stage of the game. All we have to do is lynch either Republic, SAK or Prof. If we lynch Republic or SAK then we're only losing a vanilla townie, and we can then lynch a mafia - who's more than worth sacrificing a vanilla town for.
I'm more suspicious of Prof atm, and obviously if he turns out mafia then we won't have to sacrifice anyone at all. :)

At the moment am still on reels on who to vote for as we tend to be going in Circles, and am for one isn't willing to call forth the Cop to verify anyone who is scum at this stage.
I think we just need to keep our eye on the lurkers until we have concrete proof otherwise.
