And please understand I'm being completely serious, I'm not being sarcastic or facetious in any way. I'm generally interested to see both sides of the coin.

Nope theRepublic believes in Lynch All Liars and you were a liar that's what got you in trouble.

I try to act to same way in every game, scum or town. That's why I wanted conversation.

I think I speak for all of us when I say that none of us really felt any pressure during the game.  The two of us who were lynched were basically selected by roulette (post Mod Massacre, it was literally a 50-50 shot), although Truck may or may not have been sniffed out.

All the Mafia kills post-hatmoza were instinct, which is basically the same thing as luck (I suppose) - particularly for Truck. You guys didn't give much of anything to go off of, not a single one of you.

This was not a very fun game to play, though none of that can be laid at F-F's feet by my reckoning.

Well yes that's what I mean. People on the one side are going to go after people on the "darker" side. Plus, he didn't actually know I was a liar. All he knew was that it was highly unlikely. But that's not nearly enough evidence for anything. He used my highly unlikely identity coupled with my opinion as a reason to substantiate that it was a lie.

Yeah, I understand that, I try to do the same. However, I am slightly bothered that you say it didn't affect you at all. After that, you hardly made another post. But I guess that could be attributed the the names controversy, right?

Hatmoza's being polite enough to give theRepublic a chance to mod, but if Republic declines, I have no objections at all to hatmoza being mod.

That and my work  schedule I guess. Also, I really wasn't around on Saturday afternoon when all things went to hell.

I don't know how much that stuff helped me. I wanted to track the content as I saw it to see which players were trying to appear as if not lurking, but not actually being productive either. After day one my 3 strongest town reads turned out to be right, but on the other hand dtewi, hat, and truck were next up and all scum. I think if the game went on to several more days as it should've then it may have proven more useful.

It was obvious from your early posting that you were setting yourself up to lie later, but as a pro-town move. I think the gamble was to get someone else to nameclaim another named Youma and then jump on that?

As noname said about Homer, I don't think I'd have seen him as a threat either. His claim would've been the craziest gambit if it had come from scum, so he was obviously town to everyone. But his tracks didn't do anything but lead to more confusion.

I was really surprised when you guys didn't pounce on prof when it became obvious that so many vanilla townies were just Youma, and he had claimed some specific youma who was only vanilla townie.  I would have lynched him so hard.  

At this point, for me, there's "I don't trust you because we're playing Mafia", and then there's "I don't believe a single word you utter because you're theprof00".  And that is a very deadly reputation to have, prof. 

@ Khuutra:  the "lovers" angle was just supposed to be flavor.  You were masons with vigilante power once you found each other, and unlike traditional Lovers, neither of you died when the other was killed, you just lost your vig power.  MG94's attributes were identical to yours.
