the game decreased from 17 k to 10k the week the goty edition launched....the game should have increased by at least 20k.  its not being tracked period.

I think you need to look at the numbers a bit more, not to mention the circumstances, namely that the GotY edition hasn't launched in Europe.

The weeks leading up to the release of the GotY edition, the game was down to selling 4.5k a week from 10k a week before that (in America), and then it goes back up for the week ending october 23rd, and then further up to where it was before the drop in the week ending october 30th. All those weeks where sales were down, some fairly big action/adventure/shooting games released (Medal of Honor, Castlevania, Enslaved and Dead Rising 2), all of which are possibly stealing sales from Uncharted 2 in their launch windows.

I'm not saying you couldn't be right, but sales were down before the GotY edition released, and started rising more than a week after its release. That seems like odd behavior for a game that's supposed to be up 20k (even if the GotY edition does that, why does the old game behave this way?).

Just saying, things aren't always as straight forward as they may seem.

Is this available for only Black Friday ? Or available throughout the whole holiday period ? Cause if it is, then I expect Uncharted 2 to be at 4.5 - 4.6 by years end.

That would be a great bundle except the recent Indiana Jones movie wasn't exactly one of the best in the series. IMO of course. But still would've been a very fitting bundle.

Between this and a GT5 bundle, this will surely be a killer holiday season for the PS3.
