The only thing that is remotely close to that is the Snowball fight balance board game on WiiFit Plus. (which is very fun by the way!)

Actually, there's Ski and Shoot: RTL Biathalon 2009 From the name it sounds like it has some shooting elements in it.

No mainstream shooters, infact no FPS games to my knowledge. As Smeags said their are a few games (Minigames) that include shooting elements. Keep in mind their are very few shooters on the Wii to begin with, let alone ones that support the balance board.

Infact their aren't that many balance board games in total. I suggest if you want an FPS on Wii to pre-order Conduit2. If you need something now then go buy The Conduit or Red Steel (The first one) both were decent shooters. Nothing amazing but decent. Also Conduit had decent online play as well thats an added bonus.

It's very odd that we hadn't seen a full fledge game using similar mechanics.

It's almost like NIntendo is hanging the bag of cash outside waiting for any devs to come along and take it.

Pahh! Those sound like some great ideas, actually! The jetpack thing would be awesome, haha! Even the segway sounds pretty cool, how cool would it be if Nintendo had combined their archery and segway gameplay from Wii Sports Resort? Riding around the beach in that game on your segway, shooting targets or whatever sounds marvelously fun.
