Yes! been waiting for this for so long.

Oh, no :S

I've already cleared this game 14 times to get all the freaking emblems, I hope I don't have to get all emblems again for the trophies... the motorcycle chase is a pain when you try to get the Big Boss emblem :S

I think the game probably can't be patched to add trophies just like Resident Evil 5 (standard edition) couldn't be patched to add Move controls. Hope I'm wrong.

must i buy this edition of the game for trophies or will also a patch to released for the owner of the normal MGS4...why should i buy a game twice...only for trophies?so i would spend 40$ only for trophies...dont really need that...

I have Played the Japanese Version MGS4 15 times now and the US Version of MGS4 about 5 times but I will happy play them another 1mill times if a  Trophy Patch arrives that is just a bonus.   

I also would love a MGS HD Collection of MGS, MGS 2  and MGS 3 and the orignal MG and MG 2 Solid Snake.  

........!

Now I just need to get some trophies for Valkyria Chronicles and my life shall be complete!

Resident Evil wasn't patched cause they had to optimize the game a bit so that they had the bit of cpu overhead to use move.  Metal Gear wouldn't need that optimization for trophies... unless they want to add 3D support (I think Kojima said 3D and tophies if someone would do it for him).

Well, then I hope they release the patch soon... Otherwise I'll have to buy the game again xD
