I think the PS3 ads is better, I just woke up this morning to a Unreal Tournament III PS3 ad and it looks cool. I'm just waiting for this game to hit the Xbox 360.

One thing that should be mentioned is that the console version is 20% slower then the PC version, (this was done deliberately to make the game more playable for console owners used to slower shooters). Also 'zero strategy' is not entirely true, the game requires at least the very basics in tactics and strategy, it has game modes like CTF after all.

Didn't know about the limited quantities at launch for the PS3 version, so hopefully more ads soon. I'm getting it today.

The console version of a game (assuming it isn't gimped) will typically sell better than PC version. This is not a big surprise.

For what little I've contributed, it doesn't really matter if I do. If I'm right I'm right, if I'm wrong I'm wrong. The only x-factor is how defensive you feel you need to be about your game.

The series typically sells better on the PC, so it will in fact be a surpirse if the PS3 version sells better. It will be a first for the franchise.

Yeah, well, he does favor the PS3 above the others so its no surprise he'd be at least a little defensive of it.

I may be picking this up, not quite sure, because my wife is getting PO'ed w/ me buying games -- I think she expects me not to buy UTIII so that she can get it for me for Christmas instead. She does not understand that I cannot wait 14 more days for it.

Anyone have any recommendations on a mouse for the PS3? I'm thinking about skipping the Bluetooth mouse and picking up one of the Logitech's with their proprietary 2.4Ghz nano-USB receivers. I presume these will work on the PS3 also, correct?
