strangers was awesome indeed.

I love horror movies btw.

  • SAW 1 is a classic already.
  • As mentioned strangers
  • Motel (somehow unknown but awesome)
  • 28 days / weeks later were pretty good.
  • Friday 13th (don't know if this is the correct english title)
  • Ju-On (Japanese original / the grudge in english)

I hope you can suggest me some other titles.

Conegamer - I say that the PS3 will beat the DS next week in Japan  (for hardware sales) Forfeit is control over others avatar for 1 week.

-The Shining

Recently I also liked Lars Von Trier "Anitchrist", quite extreme visually and wicked

Even thought those are not horror movies I have found some of David Lyinch movies a bit disturbing in some parts, excpecially it's last one "Inland Empire".

The Thing is pretty terrifying as well as disturbing, so that's a good and creepy choice!

Paranormal Activity is fun for some scares. Definitely makes to pay more attention to things that go bump in the night. ^_^

BTW, can someone please tell me why people like watching scary movies? I myself am not a huge fan of such movies (I scare very easily), and these days I rarely watch them (I hate how gory and gross most modern horror flicks are).

i'm not sure why,i'm sure some science bod will tell us,but they are enjoyable

i like the chiller type films best whatever era they are,

although i enjoy slashers that are well made i'm not that interested in just kill after messy kill unless theres plenty of tits and arse in it

I can't chew Horror movies about curses and demons (like the ring), I just can't lol.

My personal least favorite are the gross out ones. They're more nauseating than scary (and I hate being nauseated much more than I hate being scared). Why are you afraid of curses and deamons? Do people where you live beleive in such things?

I am not afraid of them loooool

actually I just find them extremely lame but still, I fugging loved the blair witch project! watched it when I was 12 or 11? my pants got wet!!

and yeah people here believe in demons but not me XD.

the saw series is my favorite horror film. this series gets me everytime. i'm thinking about going to see saw 3d but not sure yet.

hmm not sure if you'd like it or not , I've watched it recently with a friend and I thought it was ok but my friend loved it:

Hard Candy.

My favorite is a Dario Argento movie named Suspiria.

I like Night of the Living Dead a lot too.
