Only someone who hasn't had authentic Memphis barbeque would say something like this. It's amazing. KC is pretty damned great as well but I prefer rubs over sauces.

Europe and Asia. My favoured are Italian, Japanese, Chinese, French, Spanish, Greek and Indian, but I like also many African dishes and also Turkish, Lebanese, Israeli, Arab, I like very much also Scottish shortbread and how the Scots cook trouts. And I can find dishes I like in many other kitchens, even the English one!    (I like Yorkshire pudding, steak and kidney pie, sunday roast, many English sweets, sauces, and obviously tea).

otaku? asia is a big continent you know? i voted europe but asia is my second choice cause obviously has awesome food. sushi, curry, lots of cool chinese dishes i dont know the name of that come in a hot platter :P my mouth is watering just thinking. OH! and korean bbq beats american bbq

Well, in that case how in the world is the US no. 1 when it comes to obesity? You'd expect the French to be the really fat ones, considering they live to eat, to give wine to their children and to be rude to tourists.
