Europe and Asia. My favoured are Italian, Japanese, Chinese, French, Spanish, Greek and Indian, but I like also many African dishes and also Turkish, Lebanese, Israeli, Arab, I like very much also Scottish shortbread and how the Scots cook trouts. And I can find dishes I like in many other kitchens, even the English one!
(I like Yorkshire pudding, steak and kidney pie, sunday roast, many English sweets, sauces, and obviously tea).
