Mainly because the Nintendo reports (They have GFK data) had PS3 much higher since the release of the move in EU than VGchartz.



The PS3-version of RE5 outsold MGS4.  ;)

The PS3 has been over 100k in EMEAA for like 10 straight weeks this should not be a surprise.
