The console wars are about to heat up with the holidays right around the corner and it looks like all three consoles are in it to win it. Which one do you think will be the leader of the pack?
Let’s dive right in and look into what the Big three are offering this holiday, and be sure to hit up the poll at the end.
Nintendo Wii
You might have thought Nintendo was out of the race with their played out Wii, but think again. Nintendo is celebrating the 25th anniversary of their classic, Super Mario Bros. So naturally they would release a red Super Mario Bros.-themed console bundle for $199.99.
This bundle will include a red Wii Console, red Remote Plus controller, a red Nunchuck controller, Wii Sports Resort and the multiplayer 2-D platformer New Super Mario Brothers Wii.
Sony PlayStation
Sony has a new trick up their sleeve, the PlayStation Move. It’s a controller that places you in the game through ultra-sensory precision. The bundle for this is the pricier of the three but gives you more for your money for $399.99. The bundle consists of a slim designed PlayStation 3 console, with a 320 GB hard drive, a DualShock 3 wireless controller, a PlayStation Eye camera peripheral, a PlayStation Move motion controller and a copy of the PlayStation Move game, Sports Champions.
Microsoft Xbox
Kinect is not out yet but can be pre-ordered now with a release date of November 4th. There are two bundles available. One with a 4GB hard drive for $299.99 and another with 250GB at $399.99, both include the newest slimmer Xbox 360, Kinect sensor, Xbox 360 wireless controller and Kinect Adventures game.
When you pre-order Kinect, you get a bonus: You get two bonus levels of Rallyball, one bonus level of Reflex Ridge, and a Kinect Adventure Helicopter prop for your Xbox LIVE Avatar.
