They are both worthy games, but Demon's Souls is more worthy. From my perspective you can't go wrong with either. But they are such different games the decision comes down to genre preference to a certain extent.

Remember the stupid use people did of the casual and hardcore categories throughout the last years? Ok, I'll put them in motion once again: InFamous is a pretty casual game, regardless of who feels offended by this. Demon Souls on the other hand...

For me, InFamous. Sure, Demon's Souls is bloody brilliant, but it's also tougher to get into, and tougher to sustain the enthusiasm to complete. InFamous, by comparison, is just good ol' fashioned fun, and pretty easy to complete; further, the second game is coming soon, so playing the first would set you up just nicely.

I'm trying to get Platinum and I can say the best Platinum on PS3 so far... loving.

Wow, you are asking me to pick between the two of the best ps3 exclusives, if you added Uncharted 2 to the mix...I think I would go nuts! Get both.

I don't doubt that it's a brilliant game, and that many will play it again and again and again; however, for the majority, this isn't the case. There is a reason, after all, that Demon's Souls has the reputation it does: it has broken many a gamer. Shame, really, as it's not all that hard. InFamous, by comparison, is a simple game to play and get into. Really, it's down to individual tastes. Most, I think, will prefer InFamous purely because it's not so unforgiving. That said, many will prefer Demon's Souls for the very same reason.

for me I just can not stop playing Demon's Souls (well Yesterday I had to play Killzone 3, a good cause).

Haaaaa... I agree.

for me I just can not stop playing Demon's Souls (well Yesterday I had to play Killzone 3, a good cause).

I'd be doing exactly the same thing if Sony had sent me the bloody code for the game. Downloaded the theme in time and what do I have so far? Yup, nothing.
