These reviews are sabatage.

Looks like reality is starting to hit these overhyped games.  The conflicts of interest between game advertisers and reviewers, you can almost see if split down the middle between the scores.  First Fallout New Vegas now this.

Other than the Destructoid Review, what are you talking about? What other reviews are Sabotage? IGN? Eurogamer?

Giant Bomb they are clearyly now against Xbox... 4/5 Reach , 3/5 Fable 3 this is biased for sure. Eurogamer Denamark another biased Sony Fanboys piece of junk website... Not only that but also ALL Eurogamer network is Biased mostly favoring Nintendo , Eurogamer UK favorating Xbox sometimes and Portugal , Spain Ps3.

Destructoid they are biased against everyone !! 4/10 Heavy Rain , 55 Fable WTF !!!!!!!!!!?

And more websites , those metacritics scores mostly are biased true sites arent even on MetaCritic... Camon go to N4G and u see awesome writen reviews that arent on MeTa... Like VGC reviews are some of the best and NO META ? Metacritic sucks!

God of War Psp is having 7/10 wtf is that the game looks awesome 7/10 is biased... F***** reviewers are all noobs piece of junk dont know to play games... Serious this is becoming insane...

Serious OXM , OPM , PSM , PlanetXbox , SixSaxThis , GamerReview , IGN are some of the unique reviews u can trust all the rest is biased or almost.

The content of Jim Sterling's review raises a number of seemingly good points. He is spot on about the problems in Fable II as well as Lionhead's reputation for promising more than they can deliver. Since I haven't tried Fable III yet I can't comment on the accuracy of his review, but after reading this, Giant Bomb's, and IGN's review this game is a pass because it's still riddled with problems.

Normally I would opt to play the game for myself but after the epic disappointment of Fable II, and without and significant improvements from Fable III, it's a pass. I still think you guys are WAY too worried about meta scores though.

Normally i don't care about reviews but i agree with Darth on this one. Jim Sterling's review is pretty bad. He doesn't really talk about details at all, more of a rant about "promises", but yet doesn't talk about what these promises were. He mentions the levelling system, but doesn't mention that the levelling system has actually gone....

Doesn't mention the way the game "could end if you feck up" which is a pretty big thing to miss. He talks about the dog having crap AI, but when i played it at "a friends" ;)  it didn't have any problems at all. I didn't even notice it doing anything wrong. If that is what he is basing his bashing of the game on that is pretty picky considering of the reviews he has given before where he has over looked bugs i.e New Vegas, and they be some pretty bad bugs!  Another example of how the review is wrong is if you look he says the quests are fetch quests....If you get a quest from someone chances are they are going to want you to go do something for them, maybe go grab some old book they lost in a dungeon or whatever. Fable does that and it get's criticised where as again in New Vegas you do that constantly pretty much the whole way through and it is praised? There are lot's of other inconsistencies with the review that it is quite laughable. Another thing that makes me laugh is the criticism of the humour. It is pretty basic, sometimes immature, occasional fart gags etc.. but hang on, isn't that the type of humour Destructoid is known for??

So it seems Mr Sterling reviews games by his own rules, ones which change from game to game. Hate bugs in one game and it will be savaged, hate bugs in another and it will be praised. It is one rule for one and something totally different for the other.

So i am with Darth on this one, i don't think he got to the ending, maybe didn't even play it at all. Just wanted to get it out there to generate some hits.

Jim Sterling is honest and that is why I like him.

3DDGH was one of his most anticipated games. He would write about it all the time and was probably the only guy on any site around the net besides Siliconera that would keep us updated on everything about it. He would post articles on Destructoid and comment on his Twitter as he played his early review copy.

Even with his incredible hype for the game and love for everything it represented he still did the right thing. He pointed out it's flaws and let us know everything about it, whether it be good or bad. After all his promoting and hype he ended up giving it a 7.5 and even going as far as saying it should have been half the length not to mention a downloadable title.

Honesty like his should be praised, not ignored. It would be great to have more guys like Jim in the industry.
