The doctor is clearly another father of his. Perhaps is parents are gay, or he is adopted. Otherwise, it would have to be some ridiculous trick question like... some sorta woman doctor.
gnah.. -.- .. i think its the mum, but before reading the comments i was like 'WTF' since Male and Female Jobs are called different even if the job itself is the same. (Doctor = Arzt as Male, Ärztin as Female., so everytime i hear 'doctor' i am thinking about a male one x))
but as it was said, its obviously the Mum, and i dunno what it has to do with sexism. ^^

I wouldnt say Im sexist, Its just that I find it hard to play as female protagonist in games
For some reason I find it unbelievable when I do and it kills the game for me, kind of embarassing also.....

I would have thought that would be pretty obvious by your repeated reference to the fact that if you got it wrong, you were a sexist. I had heard it before, though, without the clues, and I got it right that time.
