I won't but it second hand, I promise. I'm butting it day one actually-- I'll but it right at the counter, butting it in front of everyone at the store. I want to but the LE edition, but I butted Fable 2 LE and the codes for DLC were missing. I learned my lesson about LE versions of games from then on . . .

Oh, and I've already got my Villager created and sent to my 360. Can't wait for the quest.

Do you have to pre-order it at a special place to get that?

OT: I've already pre-ordered my LE a couple of weeks ago.

You shouldn't have to-- I got mine from Gamestop, but they should give you the code everywhere. Be warned, though, that they probably won't give it to you unless you ask for it. I called them the day I preordered it and they gave me a code through the phone.

Oh they didn't give me a code so I should probably go down there and ask them for one.  Why do they make you ask for it?

Dunno, I guess laziness on their part. They Either forget to give it to you or just don't care.

I'm renting it.... I guess I'm gonna miss out like I did with Alan Wake =/

Why would you ever rent a game like this?   These are the type of games you have to buy if your interested (unless you don't have money)

I don't usually buy games on my 360, I play nearly every new release, but I rent them for free from a friend of mine who owns the local Video Shop. If I was going to put money towards a purchase, it's most likely going to be for the upcoming PS3 games I want to buy (COD: Black Ops, Gran Turismo 5, Naruto Shippuden, PoP Collection etc). I'm weird that way, I spend heaps of money on games, but I prefer to keep them all on one platform.

so whats with the fable icon then, o and I would take Fable3 over Naruto(whatever) & COD anyday lol

Back on Topic, Im gonna but Fable3 day 1

Hmm, I will buy it used in like a year. Where I can most likely get the collector edition for like 30-40 bucks.

I like fable (see my only 360 wishlist...), but I can wait....I have fallout! (For my RPG needs)

Going to eventually buy it but its a rental when it comes out.  after beating the last 2 Fable games in under 10 hours (Fable II only took about 7) i cant really see the point in paying full price for that

Looks like I'll be missing the DLC since I'm planning on buying it pre-owned.

I agree with both of you, i would buy Fable 3 over COD and Naruto, but i would probably just rent it because of a few other games, and if its campaign time is anything like the other, then i think it is justified.

You would rather buy a Naruto game over Fable 3?  I think I just lost my appetite >_>

What the heck did you do run through only the main campaign?  I know I've put at least 20-30 hours into my first Fable 2 play through.

Same here. With all the side quests I nearly logged in half my time I played in Tales of Vesperia(I logged 80 hours in Vesperia. 80, amazing, fantastical hours . . .) so almost 40 hours. I just wanted to add that Vesperia comment because its, ya know, amazing. And stuff.

To be honest yes, with RPGs i typically just follow the main storyline and play a few side quests here and there.  Most of the time that is at the very least 15-20 hours my 7 hours was the main campaign and a few side quests here and there....and I want rushing to be honest i even did a bit of exploring.   7 hours even just for the main storyline is rediculous for a game that is considered an RPG.
