You don't even want to know what it's like being a Pre-Med student in my general education classes. The theology classes are the worst. I took a feminist theolgy class (bad idea!) and this was an actual exchange between me and the professor:
Prof: And of course, if a women wanted to be stronger, she could go to a wieght room and get just as much muscle mass as quick as any guy could!
Me: *raises hand* Uh actually no... testosterone enhances protein growth. Also men have more hemoglobin per unit of blood volume, about 10% more. Thus, men need more calories but have better stamina when exercising and can thus get more out of any exercise session
Prof: Ah yes, the stereotypes put into the media by men.
Me: There not sterotypes, there facts from my human physiology class. Just like how women have wider thighs for childbirth but a side effect is it isn't as conducive to sprinting as a man's waist/leg confirmation.
Prof: *looks around and laughs* See class, here is a perfect example of why men are wrong. Men and women are created equal, its a known fact.
I snapped my pencil in half.
