@twestern I made this thread because I was actually shocked to see that game on VC. FYI i hope it does revive VC but as for the game itself I heard it wasnt that great, someone said it was an JRPG made for US audiences back in the day who sucked at JRPGs kind of like a Fisher Price My first JRPG deal.

It's not a terrible RPG, it's just a terrible game.

I see a few good ones but its mostly shovelware. Im not really into art style games. Honestly PSN to me has WiiWare beat, they have really improved their classic lineup and they just have the games that i wanna play (Sonic 4, Rocket Knight, Wipeout HD, Lara Croft, Blade Kitten, Lumines, Tumble, DeathSpank, Ninja Turtles, Mvs.C2) I can go on forever, I just wish Ninty can get back to how they were in the beginning when it comes to VC. Its very strange to see VC getting so whack and the PS1classics pulling themselves from the brink. I would love to know whats happening behind the scenes |
So you're into the classics, but not the ACTUAL classics, because you can emulate them? You prefer new Sonic and Ninja Turtles on PSN? WiiWare has new Contra, new Gradius, new Castlevania, new Blaster Master, new Final Fantasy 4, and new Mega Man, if you're into any of those franchises.
You should watch one of those YouTube videos that highlight the top 10 or top 20 WiiWare games. You'll definitely find something you like. If not, just get the 6-player X-Men arcade game when it comes to XBLA/PSN.

@ghostofrubangb Mega Man is multiplat and I will definetly be getting Xmen arcade which is another problem I have with WIIWare why in the hell is it not getting that??? What possible reason could they have for not putting that on WiiWare even if they would have to drop the online multi from 6 to 4 its better than nothing. this is one of the few cases where I place blame on 3rd parties. There are a couple of WiiWare games that do look interesting but like I said b4 the PS3 is murdering my time they will not let up. its actually getting annoying. But 007 and Sonic will quelch that soon enough.
@severance why would they be sad??? VC2 for PSP is good from what I heard
