Yeah, I know they lost their IP back then my point is they can't really work with it anymore.

Not all of ensemble's "key people" are at Robot, even if many are. Still, as far as I know AoE Online is not exactly what we'd expect from them. Hopefully it's just a start, but as long as they want to use the AoE franchise they have to focus on Microsoft's needs, which are not what they used to make. Granted, that's kind of how it was prior to their closure. Still, it sucks :P

That, right there-- thats what you need to understand isn't something that can be based on reviews or even on our idea of a fun game. Just Dance is said to be a horrid, broken mess yet 4 million people bought it anyway, and (presumeably) had fun with it too. Dance Central is said to be just the opposite, very intuitive and able to actually teach people to dance, or so previews have claimed thus far. Dance Masters is made from the creators of DDR, so it'll no doubt be good as well. Kinectimals has gotten very similar responses to that of Nintendogs before release. I haven't heard jack about Wii Kinect Sports, so I expect fail there.

"System Sellers" for this kind of system aren't games like Zelda or Mario or Halo or GT for the demographic we're talking about here. For "casuals", Kinectimals could be a system seller. Lord knows I won't buy that, but if I ever do get Kinect for one reason or another, I'd want Dance Central and Dance Masters, since they both look great for dance games.

The price tag is an issue, especially if a family does already have a Wii. Microsoft is going to need to give people a reason to buy it even if they have a Wii. I think the best shot they have at doing that is pushing the "it's the next generation of Wii" thing they seem to be doing, calling it another evolution or whatever.

Rest assured, though . . . I'm certainly not defending Kinect's lack of titles. Imo its a bit pathetic.

If the gaming division continues to be profitable even after all this spending i don't see where the problem is.

I still don't understand how you're not banned.  I and many others have been banned for saying far less shit than you.  Hell you just called someone a jerk and earlier pretty much called the Wii garbage and insulted its users and you're still here.   I get a mod wanting to ban me for 90 days for wondering if Agent could become multiplatform in a thread.

He just talked crap saying that I don't belong here & that nobody wants me here, so I fired back at him for that. I just gave out my opinion & valid points on why I don't like Kinect & the Wii. Plus I never exactly insulted Wii users except for him (all I said is that most of Wii owners are non-gamers & casuals). If people want to act rude towards me or insult me, then they should expect the same back towards them. Plain & simple. If people don't like me, they can just ignore me or leave. There are plenty of people out there that really cares about me & will want to hear my opinions on what I have to say. That's the damn bottom line.

Plus they shouldn't ban you just for giving out your opinion for wondering about a certain game being multiplat. That's just cruel.
