Forums - Nintendo - Thoughts on Kirby's Epic Yarn

I'm not very far in it.  I just completed the first boss.  I have to say though, it feels like Wario Land: Shake It 2.  I'm a bit glad because I liked Wario Land: Shake It but disgruntled because I like most traditional Kirby games more.  Fun game though.

Pixel Art can be fun.

Around the Network

It is joy and charm condensed down into liquid form and then injected directly into your eyeballs. The wife and I are having a blast. Something about it feels so refined, so classy, a grade above what I normally expect out of presentation in video games.

And what a lovely soundtrack.

I haven't got the game but I tried it, from the beginning to a little after the dragon boss. Great looking game, it has also some original gameplay features, but as far as I played it has no challange at all, not only you can't lose but also findig secret objects was as easy and obvious as game can get, and imo no challange=no fun in games.

-So far I'm not temped to buy the game, also I don't get all the praise it got already, imo run downed games like Other M and Wii Party annihilate this any second,. However, maybe it will get better, going on further, I'll try it again when I have the occasion.

I've heard that while it isn't easy or challenging, it's just a pleasure to play. My roommate and I are looking forward to chilling in our dorms and having a nice game of Kirby after a stressful day of school.
